Had a service yesterday and was fine all the way to Lincoln. Now it feels like the head gasket has gone (car is shaking on standstill and chugging). Oil is fine, coolant fine, i cant understand it, ive looked at the spark plugs, they seem normal, far right maybe has a tiny little bit of soot on it (maybe not soot, browny/black)
Ive got an audio clip, didnt know where to host it so please download it and have a listen (if anyone knows how i can host it somewhere else please tell me)

starts off at exhaust, goes round to engine bay, listen really carefully as i go up the revs, can hear a nasty clunking sound, its not overly clear but the best i can do  I had it done with kingsway who on their website say a warranty on parts and workmanship is standard, where do i stand being 50 miles away from them??
