No then, i would go for a bigger amp for the sub anyway. All this talk about watts actually means nothing. I have a 200 watt amp that keeps up with 2 600 watt subs. You get what you pay for. Go for recognised makes too. Pioneer etc, phoenix gold are suberb too

JBL are good for the money but will only be good enough for the speakers.
If you've got the money go for a DSL mono block for the sub
If not then Look for a good mono block for the sub at a cheaper price
Ricky 200watt amp that keeps up with 2 600watt subs.
That doesnt make sense. 600watt peak is 200watt RMS (or something near) so your 200watt amp x2 channels thats 100watt per channel, which in turn makes 2subs at 100watts each
Unless your figures are in RMS in the first place and not MAX

It was about £140 for the amp
