anyone know a free way to convert an mp4 video file into an mp3....without having to pay! get nothing for free nowadays. 
 
basically i have a live video of my band, but only want the sound off it, but everywhere i look to convert, its asking for money. only want this one video   
 
any one have and recommendations?

use vdubmod to split the sound off it into a wav

got it now. converted it to mpeg, then put it onto virtualdubmod. from there now, what do i click to split the video from audio?

aye, it was understreams. got it to a wav file, and uploading it to my myspace just now, so think its gonna work. if not i have software to change it to an mp3, so thanks very much mate
