Right im still having trouble burning Dvd's, ive got Nero 6 i belive.

I would like to put a dvd i downloaded onto the disk but when ever i try it wont let me and it wastes the disk !!

The video file is Xvid i belive?

How would i go about putting it on to a Dvd disk

Have you tried a different sort of disk?

The reason why i ask is because i've had this problem before, but i was using crappy tesco DVD's. As soon as i bought some "decent" ones, it worked fine.

I'm using Verbatim DVD R 4.7gb 16x cerifacted 120min disks?

I'm guessing you're not converting the file, thus making it a datadisc with the .avi.

Download DVD Santa 4 (full version) off a torrent site or Nero Vision Express.

Make sure you have a codec pack installed to recognise the video file (kazaa lite codec pack from google search)

Sorted.
