ok done this before and removing the bottome pully wheel is a pain. and tightening it back up is worse! any tips hints? last time i didnt tighten it properly and sheared the keyway on the crankshaft bugered the engine. was on its way out any way. how much is it if i take it to vauxhall?

Hints - Put it in gear. Use a flywheel puller. About £15 from your local car junk shop. Torque it up to the correct torque and use threadlock.

And use a proper E18 socket.
