easy to replace? two bolts connecting it to the lower suspension arm but what connects it to the hub flange? is it worth changing the arm also?

pinch bolth in the hub and the 2 on the arm if you buy an arm it doesnt normally come with the ball joint on. but you can if you want as there not expensive

Depends if it need changing really, could just change it for peice of mind

replaced it earlier and my car drives straight again pain in the arse to do though, had to remove the arm and roll bar to get one of the nuts out, then to get it all back the suspension strut had to come out aswell. but its all done and driveable again 
now to get a new wing etc

yeah my "mate told me the chassis was bent but people at work were like as if, so got it on the ramp he said the ball joint was bent, replaced it and hey presto
