One of the two air vents in my centre console needs replacing. I can't figure out how to remove the old one without messing up all the plastic around were the vent is housed. I know there is probable a simply solution to this but can't figure it out lol I scratched and bent the one at the scrappers i got the new one out of and just don't want to do it to mine

put a small screwdriver through the vents (cant remember if flat or star), there is a screw holding each one in then just pop them out with a flat screwdriver.

i removed mine not long ago i found the directions in the hayes manual the best way to do it
