Im looking at buying a 206 (save the swearing and cursing, lol) as I need some money quickly:

This is the car in question:

and these are the bits im buying for it:

Morettes:

GTI Spoiler:

Phase 2 bootstrip (same as the black thing above the reg plate in this photo):

How much would you expect to pay for:

Front bumper - repaired and fully colour coded
Rear Bumper - colour coded
Side strips and Door handles - colour coded
Morettes - sanded back down and colour coded
Spoiler - sanded back down and colour coded
Boot strip - sanded back down and colour coded

Been quoted £460 which seemed really steep to me

Cheers

most of that cost will be taking the bits off and the colour matching.

the actual paint and paint application won't take that long.

probably be a fair bit cheaper yes. one of my mates has just said some bloke at a body shop said they'd knock £100 off if he took his front bumper off for them!!! dunno if thats bull, cos its probs only like a 30 min job.

plus, may make paint matching more difficult if they've got nothing to compare it with, might have to take bonnet off for them to use as a match or somethin.
