have stripped the engine in my gsi (everything except the block and gearbox) and have noticed that the car sits very high.
i can understand that it would sit higher than normal due to half of the engine being removed.
its got spax dampers fitted but i dont think the springs are spax or gsi
any 1 got any ideas why its sittin so high???

well its because you have lost weight off the car plus i persume it has been jacked up so needs to settle.
do a full lock to lock should bring it down loads if it has been jacked up.

it has settled, just unsure what springs have been fitted because there not spax springs and dont think they are gsi springs either.
taking them off 2mz as ive gotta fit them on my sisters sport for the MOT.
