am trying to take the glass of the clocks as i got some chrome rings to sit round the speedo, revcounter and fuel gauge. anyone know how the glass comes off without breaking it? have been sittin for ages heating it with a hairdryer but still doesnt want to come off

heat it and gently pry the edges with a screwdriver, only way i know but i still broke mine

Mine was clipped onto the main frame, just undo the clips and ease it out?

heat it then get a hacksaw blade and go around it with that

I found that the nhewer ones are like this but the older ones were glued in.

i done mine last week mate the 2 small ones are very easy to fit just slide them through the larger holes,but for the bigger rings i used a stanley knife to split the seal along the top only and then once you have split the seal enough it will come apart and then slide them through the top,but be very carefull when breaking the seal along the top as you can still crack the persex if you apply too much pressure,take tour time and the job should be a good 1.heres mine i done last week

aye there lockwodds, i had to paint the needle tho because the white needles on the white dial never stood out very well

do u have the standard white bulbs behind them or have u changed the colour of those to?

and what did u paint the needles with?

no mate i changed them for some leds as most of the bulbs were blown anyway. used some florecent paint with a small brush n gave them a couple of coats. the finish is better than i thought it would be
