second that, if they are very tight use the long nosed pliers and then use mole grips to stop the pliers twisting and so you can get a better lever to undo the bolt.

you'll need the right key, not sure how many there are but i went to get replacement and Vaux had to find the right key. obv the teeth are offset enuf to only work for the right nut head....long nose pliers all the way!!
