Planned to lower my car today, only to find that the dampner is held on by some massive star shape bolt at the bottom!
Its not like a torx bolt, as it has loads of points rather than 5.
Anyone know what tool i need to remove this? I went to motosave and they only have them up to a size called m12, looks asif i will need around m14!

A local tool supplier cant even order one in !

You think SEAT will lend me one

It will be the other flavour of Torx head. I have one and it came in my Torx socket set.

If you want to drive to London to pick it up You can pick up a Torx set off of Ebay for about £15 which should include it.
