I've been looking at an x16xe and c16xe engine with boz gsi and speaking with bieransri about making a mantzel box replica.
It would seem that these can be made with ease, but at the moment im missing some dimensions and vital features to the internals
This maybe a long shot but has anyone got any pictures, dimensions etc...
or if possible could i lend one off someone for a refundable deposit for a few days?
any other info/ideas about these would be helpful too

nope, the bloke i bought it off had 140bhp from this vectra,
he had those purple injectors 2.0 ones (which you havent got) high comp pistons and an remapped ecu, should see good results
have you got the wiring diagram for changing the TPS wires over?
and you have on IAC with COULD cause i problem

no i aint got the wiring diagram, sorry 2 sound dumb but wats an iac?

there was a wiring diagram for changeing the wires over (v6 tb) for the Throttle Poistion Sensor,
and it has no Idle Air Control valve, so could cause a problem with out having a mapable ECU, but the person bought it off said it ran fine
