how do i go about paintin side strips and door handles??

this is wat it looks like now..


i want it red like tha car..wat do i need and does anyone have a tutorial on it??? o and what equipment do i need

Well, I'd say take off the arches and rubbing strip to spray personally, dunno about the door handles though.
