How long can you leave rust before it gets really bad?
Years, months? Just checking cause I have a couple of bits that need doing soon!

Just get them done when you can, they will get worse but not massively fast. If they are anywhere structural do it asap, the bit on the bonnet is only cosmetic so do it when you can afford to.

At the mo both doors, the bonet and the real left bit where the paint has cracked, I still intend on getting the arches and skirts re painted with some sort of flexi paint

yeah how are they now, still cracking? What it needs is the gunk redoing then repaint if they are, i never just had the money spare to get it done.

Yes they are cracking, a bodyshop I know said I can get flexi paint stuff that moves with he stress so it won't crack, got a good quote for it to, just needed the paint code and money!

isnt a paint code as such, its based on the std glacier white, but andy changed the mix to makje it brighter, you would have to ask them about it at the bodyshop, maybe he can give you the mix used.
