Powercap replaces the sfi box, meant to give a healthy bit of poke

Buy here

other than that, air filters or exhaust as you say. People will talk about cams and chips as well...

/\ the powercap just shifts the torque further up the rev range.

They claim about 10bhp increase but IMO give little more than a good induction roar.

de cat, remap, induction, lightened pullies and flywheel, chipped ecu, strip the car out a bit, f16 gearbox, power boost valve, depends on your budget really, if you got plenty cash go for head work throttle bodies etc as ste said
