viper or open air filter ?
opinions on both please as i have anopen air pipercross on now but the heat soak is doing my head in.also where has anyone with a viper put theyre air flow metre?cheers for your help

i got a viper style one on mine and it does make a difference had a split in the cold air feed the other week and it felt sluggish. sorted it now and it feels miles better than without. as for the airflow meter im not sure i just put my induction kit on the end of the pipe same as any other air filter .

i have an 8 valve engine though and theres usually an air flow metre in the induction pipe that went to the air box.i replaced this with a silicone hose to my air filter and fitted the censor into the pipe.
