My mate can't get his pistons back in the rear calipers. Do you have to twist them back in?

If so, whats the best way? Grips on the end of the piston?

been a while since i done honda ones but im pretty sure they are twist back.

you need to undo the bleed nipple and clamp of the brake pipe then turn the piston while putting pressure on it. i have a special windback tool for this.

best wqy to tell if its wind back is normally they have groves in the piston

why its a help zone question not gc.

and yes honda are wind back calipers can usually get the tips of a pair of long nose pliers in the grooves, but you shouldnt need to slacken bleed nut off and don;'t clamp the pipe!
