rite how do i get the drivesafts off, i have them out of the gearbox.
i have tried undo'ing the bolt on the end of the hub but its fucking tight. anyone got any ideas.

i was using a power bar. i didnt spend long on it so i will give it ago on boxing day.
had problems with the bottom arm bolts aswell. some cunt has rounded them off a fair bit will just have to chap a smaller socket on and hopefully they come off.

easiest way i would say would be to pop thecentre cap out the wheel, the put the wheel back on and drop the car on the floor, then undo the big nut on the driveshaft, the weight of the car should stop if spinning if its very tight!! might have to get sum1 on the brakes at the same time.. chris

cant realy put the car back down on the ground with the gearbox off.
the gearbox goes back on tomorrow though. then i think its going to a garage to get the driveshafts and starter motor changed as am going down to edinburgh for a couple of days for new year.
