hi guys, the head gaskety has gone on my girlfriends corsa sport 1.6 . now, due to my crash on sunday, we have no other car for getting to work. what sort of damage could be caused by using the corsa, as long as we ensure it doesnt overheat and we keep it full of water? its getting quite bad at the moment, wwe have to re fill after the 20 mile journey , so its using a fair bit of water. cheers, chris

You could use it, wouldn't recommend it at all.
It'll end up fucking the head.

you can sometimes get a courtesy car through insurance- not sure if its classed as a claim tho.

ive looked into a hire car, but its gonna be £60 for two days! looks like im gonna have to beg for a lift, but its a 20 mile each way journey,!! got the van stripped now, so just waiting for rear shockers and i can start putting it back together! just gottaq hope the brake lines seperate ok, as i need to plumb in some new ones from the flexi pipe down!
