Ive taken all the interior out of the nova now and im just wondering what the stuff is under the carpet? Its like pads of some sort? How to i remove this stuff as i will need it removed to get the interior resprayed.

its sound deadening. right cnut to get up. sure people use stuff like tar and glue remover, heat gun that sort of stuff
