tbh, i think they were just being lazy

yes they are.. i remember phoning up not long back for prices on wheel arch trims, they said oh can we take your number because the manager is on his lunch brake! i called 2 different places and both managers were out (i waited for both places to call me back and never got it), i then phoned another and managed to get the price and i didnt need a part number lol. was a rip off in the end £35 for a trim and £1 each for the nuts and bolts lol... i did get a good quote on a corsa gsi bumper. £190 not primed and i dont think it has fog lights with it but who cares, thats cheap for vauxhall so im saving my pennys ind purchasing a brand new genuine gsi front bumper

yeah, i think it depends which branch you deal with, some are helpful some arent.
i hate it when you ring up and they ask for a chassis number

I want Vauxhall/Irmscher wheels though Mark.
went to vauxhall today, to get a bumpstrip for the drivers rear quarter, and asked about the wheels, all their 16" 4 stud wheels are 100 + VAT each, plus £12 for centre caps
