Probably lookin at £200 mark for that in a garage, its pretty straight forward. Saying this, get yourself a haynes manual and try it your self, ive done it a few times on various cars, once youve done one there all pretty similar. On one of those engines you could probably do it over a week end and save yourself money on the labour, the parts you need will be:
Head Gasket Set
Oil Filter
Oil
Coolant
and its probably best to do the water pump and cambelt while your at it!

Don't forget new head bolts, silicon mating face compound, rocker cover gasket, inlet gasket, exhaust gasket, might want a head skim too.
