there seems to be a concern over me having my own business in the area and being the regional organiser, incase there was a personal disput between me and a member on here regarding my business.

I understand this is a concern but its the same as if I dint have my own business but had a disagreement with a member on a personal, non proffesional basis.

As Dave has mentioned they were my concerns. What I said was, I was going to canvas the opinions of other staff and also I would need firm assurances that this is a good decision.

I didn't rule it out, I just wanted to not to do this alone or without sufficient reassurance that if things got a bit sticky we could adopt the correct line.

Its not out of the question, I just need my fears allaying, which you're welcome to do.

I don't need to know what type of bloke the candidates are, I want to know how we're going to deal with problems with the business interests of whoever does the job, namely the two circumstances of any legitimate complaint and its subsequent airing on the forum and also the arrival of other traders.

If we can handle these - sound. Give me some reassurance.

So why not appoint him temporary organiser until these issues are resolved, give these lads (and linz) what they are asking for!

He will turn this region around and give it direction. As the NE is dead compared to all the other regions.
