Im just wondering how do u tell if your exhaust is too restrictive..Ive got my 1.4 sport exhaust on with the 1.4 CAT still in...
But when i boot it,It will pull like fuck up to 3k - 3.5k then slowly rise....And it defo sounds tiny...?
Could this be that my exhaust is too restrictive on my 2.0 16v?

a bigger bore exhaust will help it pull better at higher rpm. mine made a good difference when I went from standard to 2.25"

I think BHP at the wheels will always be less than the theoretical HP of the engine due to internal friction (power loss). So basically BHP at the wheels is the theoretical HP of the engine (150) minus the internal friction.
May be wrong here but thats what i think anyway, what I dont no though is whether 128bhp at the wheels is good for a C20XE, SportyBoy seems quite happy though
