What sort of breaks do poeple pun on let corsas, i am thinking of HI SPEC 4 pots on the front but dont have a clue what people usually do to the back. not done a conversion yet just trying to get evrythin together before hand...

Well if u can afford 4 pots ... Buy em, otherwise V6 Brakes from a Vectra are alrite

V6 brakes are turbo brakes so they will be fine... ish....
Go for the Hi Spec ones if you can though, that is the best option.

well ye i dont put a price on my own safety lol iff you know what i mean.
what do people do to the back breaks cos their drums at the mo, should they be sufficiesnt??

V6 fronts, standard rears with braided lines all round and some decent fluid (DOT 5.1) should be fine.
or some 4 pots of some description (wilwood, reyland, hispec etc)

wilwood is the way to go for value, theres a brand new set on ebay going for £330 thats 4pot calipers discs and i think pads, think i might go for a set sometime soon...

256s provide plenty of braking but heat up quicly with prolonged abuse from high speed.
284/288s provide more than enough braking and survive abuse better
4 pots and 300 mm disks are the best, but twice or more the price of the above, and tbh unless youre using it on track all the time theyre really not worth it
