a relay in the fuse box has started to click every 15 or so seconds constantly when igintion is at position 2 and when the car is started. either i've never noticed this before. on further inspection today found another relay somewhere near the throttle body that clicks a few times along with what sounds like a small motor struggling to spin and a bleep tone coming from in the engine bay - this happens for about 10 seconds, stops then the same process 20 seconds later. either i've never noticed this before or it is something to the fuse box relay that's started to click as well.
power has become sluggish in cold temperatures bit like a flatspot in 1st & 2nd and the passenger side electric mirror hasn't worked for sometime now - not sure if those problems are anything to do with it but they are the only known problems.
engine is a z12xe with a pipercross panel filter and exhaust system. car was service 1000 miles ago, battery checked today with no problems found.

find the relay, and change it out
then find out what part is clicking you say a motor is struggling to spin? if its stuck thatll cause the relay to click as its trying and not getting anywhere
