when i drive slow though a town say, and the car is sat at 100 degree's on the temp gauge for a while. the car blow out alot of smoke when i accerlate. also now and again the engine light goes on and off. Ive done a paperclip test and it's says the oxygen sensor. what do people think i should do also why is it blowing smoke.

What colour is the smoke?
When you accelerate is it harsh foot to the floor stuff or a more gentle reving slowly through the range acceleration?

it's just gentle reving and the smoke is like a white or a light gray colour

could be headgasket but thats worst case scenario.
my c20xe gets hot is towns dont tae long for it to start climbing on gauge, ive fitted a swtich to fan so i can control the fan aswell as the thermostat.
however i dont get any smoke out back
is car using any water, dones oil look discoloured

it's not using water but i think it might b using a little oil but it might just be me. i will have to look into fitting a switch

By simply putting a switch there i think he means so he can put it on if he wishes so.

I wired my fan to be on all the time in my one.
Never had a prob overheating.... even in really hot days at santa pod!

made my own switch to the fan today will go give it a test run tomorrow through town
