I was wondering if any one can help i have a 1996 corsa sport 1.4 with x14xe engine it seems to have lost all its power feels very flat and sometimes cuts out when cold or miss fires alot. I have taken it to vauxhall had it pluged into tech 2 and still no joy. These are the things i have changed and still no difference.
Plugs
Leads
Coil pack
Idle valve
throttle pipe
vacum pipe to map sensor
temp sensor
cat and downpipe
map sensor
crank sensor
run a compression test and all cylinders are 13bar. all ok
I dont know where to go from here has anyone had this problem before its starting to really annoy me and cost loads.
any help on this would be really great.

lambda might be worth a try if not already done. was it a leakdown compression test?
checked the fuel pressure ?

have u changed anything recently on the car before this happened?
i had a nova before replaced the fuel pump and it wouldnt start, for 3 months the car was off the road, be cause i couldnt find the problem, in the end it ended up being a 3 inch piece of hosing that was in a couple of milimetres too big in diametre

ill try the lambda tomorrow i got an astra i can take it off. the compression test wasnt a leak down just normal compression tester. How do i check for fuel pressure what should it be??? when i press the valve on the injector rail it seems to have pressure there it squirts fuel out.
Nothing was changed prior to it happening that i can think of.
Do you think it is worth stripping the inlet manifold off and cleaning it out would a blockage perhaps cause the problem?

egr valve maybe
mint not be running on all for cylinders??
my mate had similar prob it was the ecu
