when car goes in bodyshop its havin boot lock taken off and i have fixed alarm fob up to pop the boot when pressed.
Obviously the boot doesnt push open, just unlocks so i am looking for something to actually push the boot open once i press the button to release the lock.
I know things exist, im justhaving trouble locating them

It's pretty complex tbh, my mums rx400h has it and it uses the hydraulics in the arms iirc, plus it then has to have all these settings so it can back up if somethign is trapped and lock itself automatically.... a lot of work and not sure if you can buy a kit yet

Just get a door plunger, any alarm shop will do them, your bodyshop should put one in anyway, unless they are useless.

i had this on my saxo because of the smooth boot, i had a solonoid wired up to a button inside the car, but i think there a way you can do it as you have described with clifford alarms.
