If there is too much oil in the engine then does it overflow?

THe pressure will fuck up and it will escape, breaking the engine.

the higher oil pressure may possibly blow some oil seals... it'll smoke too as oil bypasses the piston rings

Well i woke up this morning and checked the oil level and it was just above the min-max level. But i checked it last nite and it was between the two levels

Was the engine the same temperature when you checked the oil? Ie not warm first time or cold second?

always test oil temp on a corsa B engine when cold

mine is slightly above max....no leaks...maybe a little near the dipstick....
