to blend in the bumper to the frone wings. weld a few strips of metal about 50mm wide and about 100mm long on to the lower section of the wing and then rivet to the bumper but you have to recess the strips into the bumper so they are not too high then apply p40 (glass fibre paste) over the lot making sure it is all keyed up with 80 grit or 40 grit. rub down then fill as normal. Bond the arches on with windscreen bonder then just put glass fibre paste over them, go quite high for a smooth flare or short for a promonent flare. hope this helps

To blend the rear arch into the skirt you will need to use some chopped strand fibreglass matting. You need to cover a large area of the arch and sideskirt with 2 or 3 layers of the stuff otherwise it will crack in about a week...
Got no pics of mine I'm affraid.

Thats why you do it before you paint the car. The whole idea is to see if it cracks Er..... My methods are somewhat strange.......

I'd take the paint right back and key the surface - then use two layers of a bi-axial weave fibreglass 300gsm with a chopped strand matt core
both underneath and over the arch - also its worth going much wider with the GRP than you'd imagine to spread the loads more evenly
this is how weve done many many arches and were yet to see any crack - plus you can physically lift the car with the arch and it wont crack
we bake the front arches/wings in the autoclave as well - but depends what you have access to
