ok so my previous pads were worn down to the metal
so ive put new pads on and thebrakes work fine
but when i press the brake pedal it gets halfway down and then it starts slowing down

what do i do to make my brakes start braking at the top of my pedal

(does this make sense?)

cheers

you sure the discs didnt need changing too? as if the pads were down to the metal, the discs could also be scored, or severly worn...

You should change one side then pump the pedal out before doing the other side or elseas j100 says you can fook the master cylinder!
