when does your fan start when stationery?

mine is starting at 95 it normaly starts just below 100?

just over 95, as long as it comes on, Its Kool!!!
Its when it dont come on, when you gotta watch out for.

yea well i know the car well and it always kicks in around 100 wats causing it to kick in sooner?
