Has anyone else had difficulty making a false floor for there corsa, after taking out the spare wheel/tools etc. Also with the shape of the boot aat the sides being wavey how did people get a snug fit?

Hmm, when i did mine mate, i used the boot carpet as a template, and then for the rear seats its more or less trial and error just keep cutting little bits off until it fits snuggly

make a card template or use the carpet as it is near enough the correct size

Did you not struggle putting it in though as the sides are wavey

With mine i just made it a lil bigger and then kept shaving it down from side to side, until it was spot on. Mine will only go in 1 way tho hehe

how do people hold down their false floors though? Is it just under the weight of the wood, or does it actually bolt down in places?
