When changing colour of already sprayed plastic (lower grill), do you sand back to primer then spray...........or sand completely, primer again then spray

no just lightly scratch it up a bit just so the paint sticks i would say primer again it will make the paint that much harder
thats what i did its been fine so far

what you scratched up the paint then spryed ...... or primered after scratching it up?

i sratched the paint up then i primerd it all up then sprayed it with the coulour

the sratching up is only to make the primer stick nice to it dont peel or anything

yer but am i not ok just sanding back a bit and spraying as it has already been primered and sprayed one colour..........so would the new colour not stick to the old colour?

thats what im saying just scratch it up a bit (sand) just so it takes a little bit off the top and makes is slightly rough if its too smooth it will just peel off beleive me mine did it the first time i tried it!
