Info needed guys. Stage 3 head with larger multi angle valves, gas flowed, enlarged ports. Would be going on an x16xe with mantzel, 4-2-1 manifold. Forgot to mention high torque cams.
Worth doing?
Improvements?
Disadvantages?
Should I fit ARP rod bolts aswell?
Any info appreciated.

multi anngle valve seats - good, but single angle continous flowing is better
gas flowed - good but undescriptive
enlared ports - only if they go to C16XE port dimensions any larger and no need
4-2-1 -good
mantzel - good
cams - will give a bit more
needs - rempping unichip or similar.
I don't get this stages thing on heads, I mean a flowed head shoudl be a flowed head.
