yes,however some functions will not work.
buy them direct from stack dials, at our work they are 1400+vat

You can, though you would have to pay a fair ammount of cash to get them to work fully. Nothing is impossible.

you can get them on ebay for less than that
and elise ones are similar and cheaper still
