Is it possible to buy new door, boot and steering locks and from a vauxhall dealer? How much am I looking at paying for this?

a door lock is £52 from vauxhall but dont know about the rest. What you wanting them for, if its to fit one key you can build the locks up yourself to fit whatever key you want.

The GSI I bought was a bit of a wreck! The key fits the ignition and the passenger door, but not the drivers door or the boot.
