right i drive a corsa 1.4 8v which is a 94 i think and im sick of fighting my car for control  , it didnt used to rev 2000 all the time but now it seems 2 b its revs of choice, at 1st it wud do it for a lil then if i turned it off an restarted it was fine, now not even that sorts it out and it fights me when i drive, when i change gear it wont come down the revs so it sounds like im heavy footed, it jerks about sumtimes too moving off or slowing down
ive been told this cud be a icv problem but im clueless when it comes to the mechanical side of things so was wondering if anyone has come across this at all and what i can do to sort it and at what cost wud this be
any help or suggestions wud be greatefull
