want to make one in my boot for my ice which is going in after Christmas....is it just a case of using the boot carpet as a template? i want it to fit really snug so was thinking of using 12mm mdf and doing it in 2 peices.
Any help would be great, cheers

yeah use the carpet as a template then keep matchin up to your boot and cut bits off. i used two bits and made sure i cud still get the spare out!  covered in acoustic mat with leds sunk in. looks the part and is still practical!

got one in my garage from my old corsa, made it, fitted it but didnt use it as i didnt put any ICE in the car! if someone wants it they can have it for a few £, its in two parts and fits perfectly, no dodgey cuts either - looks pro!
