recently i have noticed the ride has come alot more harsher, over a few weeks now.
i have my car lowered on pi springs only all round bout 30mm on 17s et45
i checked to see if my shocks have gone but the car rose back to same height with no bounce.
could anything else have gone, ie dampers there is also an achoing noise and it feels like it may be hitting bumo stops.

does echo noise come from back??
could be wheel bearings

does but not when goin round corners
when go down pot holes and over bumps or inperfications in road
any idead guys, help would be grateful

Harsher as in banging over bumps? If its banging i.e like a big thump you might find the bumpstops have mashed...
