Try a dealer for whatever brand your DV is, or contact the manufacturer direct through their website.

What do you want to achieve from fitting an 'uprated' spring and not a replacement one?

Not trying to achieve anything just dont want to have to keep replacing snapped springs

If the springs keep snapping it sounds like you have a cheap crap dump valve, the best solution would be to get a good one. Contact the manufacturer and see what they say.
