I have just sprayed a panel with laquer an it has a couple of bubbles in it an when it dried they popped

it has left 4 or 5 little rings on the paint what options do i have too get rid of them

thanks in advance for any help

wet flat it back down and re laquer it, b4 that tho you could try flatting it and buffing it but i doubt it will do it
