I used material similar to what you have a suit made from, with the slightly felty side and a shiny side. Use the felty side out in this case for a nice finish...

err, was on sale, tenner for enough to do cards, rear seats, and roof lining (which I haven't got round to...
then £60 for all the black plastics from an SXI, (and some FFD sony speakers too)

i used vinyl for mine, have a few pics but they were taken on my old phone so are not great.
All you do is get a screwdriver or something sharp under a part of the doorcard and then just pull it off...after that get some sand paper to get rid of all the yellow spongeyness from the card so your material will sit nicely without any bubbles or ridges. Then apply some evo stick timebond and apply your fabric.....this takes time to get right, especially with material that doesnt really like to stretch. Evo stick timebond is availible from B&Q but remember to wear a mask because this stuff is evil
