After fitting the 1.8 SRi engine into my corsa, tried to start it but all it does is turns over but doesnt fire! There no sparks from the plugs but i have been told that it cant be the Imobilizer as the light on the dash would flash and would start for at least 5 seconds yet it doesnt do this.
Does anybody have any ideas to what this could be or know of anyone who might?

Chiped ecu thingy, transponder whatsit, did you get the SRi key?
Failing that poke the icv with a small twig... works everytime
