Person who had the car before me has put a third LED type brake light in that should stick to the back window. I don't know what to put it on with though. Got some sticky pad things but the just fall off when it's hot or cold.

Any suggestions?

Rear view mirror pads.

Alternatively mount it more securely to the roof lining.
