I want to give the arches a proper clean coz they have gathered alot of crap over the years but i tried to unbolt them and the bolts just kept spinning around. How do i get them off?

Unfortunatly there aint a lot you can do here, apart from try pressing on them and sliding them off (cant remember which way)
Other than that, get some "new" ones from a scrappy and just rip the old ones off
