the face wont open to eject the cd ?also cant tilt the face anymore its been fine up until now n its only like a month old any ideas ?

mine did this and it was just because the surround had come unclipped and was in the way. either that or the motors fucked

i have heard that some of them have problems, i would take it back to where you got it from and see what they say

mine started doing this, i took it out put it bak in and it was finr, started it again last nite it wud go onto the max tilt rather than efect so jus pulled from underneath and after that its ok.
