I have a drilled airbox only on the side furthest away from the engine, im getting a few flat spots and im using the standard panel filter., would getting a pipercross/K&N sort this out ?

When you had the car on the rolling road, did they not suggest anything to cure the flatspots on the graph?

Not really, i only have one in first now, i always thought performance filters filtered more air, if they dont why do people buy performance panel filter.

Pipercross filters filter more air.

i drilled my airbox and got a green panel filter. sounds a tad nicer and dont appear to have 'flatspots'
